Yes, always. We don't just sell profiles by the piece. Our engineering department calculates the load, the exact number of brackets and rails for your project, and prepares a layout scheme. This helps you avoid extra costs from cutoffs and guarantees you'll have exactly enough material for the entire facade.

Do you support builders during installation? Do you offer design supervision?

Absolutely. Our principle is to stay with the client through to the result — we don't disappear after shipping. If the installation crew has questions on site, our specialists provide consultation, helping with the installation scheme and complex junction details. When needed, we also offer design supervision — checking that the installation matches the project design and technical requirements, to avoid mistakes and rework.

Do you have quality certificates for your products?

Yes, all Steel-Effect products are certified and comply with the construction standards of Kazakhstan. When we ship, we provide a batch quality passport and certificates for the metal. You can be confident in the durability of the structure.

Do you work with other regions (Astana, Almaty)?

Yes, our production is located in Karaganda, but we supply projects across all of Kazakhstan. We arrange logistics to your city, select the right transport, and ensure the profile is properly packaged so it arrives undamaged.

How quickly can you produce a large order?

We're a manufacturing plant, not a middleman. Our production lines have a capacity of over 500,000 linear meters of profile per month. Standard orders ship within 2–3 days. For large projects (such as residential complexes or shopping centers), we coordinate a delivery schedule so your construction never stops for a single day.
