Laser Metal Cutting

Metal cutting is one of the most in-demand stages of metalworking.
We use two primary methods: laser cutting and plasma cutting. Both techniques ensure high precision, clean edges, and minimal material waste.

• Laser cutting is ideal for thin and medium sheets where maximum precision and neatness are required.

• Plasma cutting is used for thicker metals and larger structures, where speed and productivity come first.

This way, we select the method based on your needs—whether it’s a decorative element, façade panel, automotive part, or a massive structural component.

Our Equipment
We use a modern DW-6015F fiber laser machine with the following specifications:

• Working area: 1500 × 6000 mm, allowing us to process large metal sheets
• Laser power: 3 kW, capable of cutting materials up to 20 mm thick
• Materials supported: carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper

Lead time: from 1 to 14 working days, depending on the order volume and shop workload.

Base price: from 190 ₸/linear meter per 1 millimeter of metal thickness.
